Description:

Vintage Modernists: A Franco-American Experience - a high-energy turnkey concert celebrating the exhilarating meeting of French elegance and American roots through the original sound of Gypsybilly. Created by husband/wife duo Fabrice and Tracy Vignati, this vibrant experience blends captivating original songs, virtuosic musicianship, engaging storytelling, warmth, humor, and audience interaction into an unforgettable journey of music and culture. Inspired by tradition, not trapped by it, it is more than a concert. It is a joyful celebration of creativity, connection, and discovery leaving audiences inspired, smiling, and eager to share the experience unlike anything on today’s touring circuit. Designed for PAC’s seeking audience- pleasing programming, the production is technically straightforward and artistically unique.

Complementing the performance are engaging educational outreach programs and masterclasses

exploring the cultural roots and creative evolution of this transatlantic musical style, creating meaningful community engagement proving that when traditions meet, extraordinary new stories—and unforgettable music—are born.

Quotes:

"Django meets Scotty Morre in Fabrice and Tracy Vignati's signature Gypsybilly. With the instrumentation of Gypsy Jazz - highlighted by hot and stylish Django-esque runs - this is a cross-cultural melting pot au feu. Fun and funky! ~ Vintage Guitar Magazine

"...The Vignatis deliver fabulous vocals on great tunes." ~ Music Connection

"The unmistakable, neo-nostalgic character The Vignatis represents is an artistic unity so distinct it eludes the strict categorizations of contemporary music." ~ Buzz Music

"Genre-busting hybrids combine contrasting unlikely elements, even opposites, in ways that seem nothing short of alchemy." ~ Local News Pasadena

"Vivacity irrepressible. I know to expect as much..." ~ DC Larson's Jukebox Jury

"...their music swings from beginning to end and makes us happy. The Vignatis colour heart and soul. What more do you want?" ~ Keys and Chords
